Health and Other Special Categories of Personal Information
Under a federal law called the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”), some demographic, health and/or health-related information that Vizzia collects as part of providing the Services may be considered “Protected Health Information” or “PHI.” HIPAA provides specific protections for the privacy and security of PHI and restricts how PHI is used and disclosed. Vizzia handles all PHI in strict accordance with applicable laws and regulations. All Protected Health Information that Vizzia processes is used and disclosed by us as a Business Associate (as defined by HIPAA) according to the terms of a Business Associate Agreement between us and that healthcare provider.

How Long We Keep Your Personal Information

Vizzia does not track its users over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. However, some third party sites do keep track of your browsing activities when they serve you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you.
